新“走出去”战略下国际经贸应用型人才培养模式的构建

国内外经贸形势巨变使我国国际经贸人才培养模式面临着严重挑战。现行的涉外经贸人才培养模式存在学生综合技能素质教育欠缺、实践性教学环节薄弱、外语与计算机教育存在缺陷及教学内容、教学方法和教学手段缺乏创新等不足。据此，在借鉴国内外经验并对往届毕业生、用人单位、应届毕业生等抽样调查的基础上，对新“走出去”战略下我国国际经贸应用型人才培养模式的构建，提出了重构培养目标、教学计划和教学保障体系的方案。
