| 摘 要： | 从三个角度分析了企业实现可持续发展的制约因素,并根据工业生态学理论,提出了一种新型的工业组织形态———生态工业园区。它通过一个区域内物流和能源的正确设计模拟自然生态系统,对园区内企业进行生态化改造,加强区内企业的集群化协作,从而最大程度地降低了企业生产对生态环境的负面影响,为生产者、社会和其周围的环境带来巨大效益,为企业的可持续发展提供了基本方略。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly analyses three factors limiting the enterprise sustainable development.It brings forward a new industrial paradigm—Eco-industrial Park(EIP) according to the theory of industrial ecology.With the rational design of product and energy flow,the companies in EIP undergo ecological rebuilding and strengthen their cooperation,which may reduce the bad effect on environment to a maximum extent. |
