| 摘 要： | 阐述了发动机再制造的内涵、意义及国内外发展状况,并通过对该行业工艺过程解剖和与新发动机制造行业的对比,提出了针对发动机再制造行业特殊性的ERP解决方案。逆向物流与销售物流的集成,用状态码实现零件状态多样性描述,分别建立拆卸物单清单和再制造加工、装配的物料清单。在把握行业特殊性及解决方案基础上结合ERP普遍的解决方案,能帮助再制造企业顺利实施ERP系统。
