| Abstract: | This article analyzed the theoretical basis of employee of state-owned enterprise participating in corporate governance. At the same time, this paper compared and appraised ways and approaches of employee participating in corporate governance of different countries all over the world. And based on these, this article constructed the pattern of employee participating in corporate governance in China-the unanimous decision-making pattern-a pattern based on employee share holding. |
