| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the important position of coal resources in the strategies of national economy development and energy safety,testifies the relationship among science-technology,national energy safety and coal resource safety.Finally,the paper indicates the hard and soft science and technology would be applied comprehensively to realize the coal resources safety strategy. |
