| 摘 要： | 在客观地回顾我国建筑节能工作发展历程的基础上，全面地分析了建筑节能工作存在的问题，提出全面推进建筑节能工作的对策。指出建筑节能是一项庞大的系统工程，任重而道远，必须全社会总动员齐心协力采取切实可行的综合措施，突破政策和技术壁垒，才能有效实现建筑节能的可持续发展战略目标。

| Abstract: | Based on conclusion of the development of construction energy-saving in China, this paper analyzed the problems in construction energy-saving, put forward the countermeasures to promote the energy-saving. It is pointed out that construction energy-saving is a large systematic engineering and feasible comprehensive measures should be take to overcome policy and technology barriers so as to reach the strategic goal of construction energy-saving sustainable development. |
