| Abstract: | In line with the regulation of ＂Conditions of Contract for Water Conservancy and Electric Power Engineering Construetion＂（hereafter referred to as ＂Conditions of Contract＂） about engineering change, the article explains the operation of engineering change performed by the supervision engineer and its theoretical foundations about management, from the perspectives of their meanings, organization management, review and approve, document preparation, and evaluation. |
