| 摘 要： | 适足的住房权是一项基本人权。本文拟从人性需求及国际人权文件的承认入手,论证住房权的人权属性,并澄清住房权的内涵体系,明晰与住房权相对应的国家义务。最终,希望通过对适足住房权概念及内涵的引入,剖析中国的住房权问题,提出住房权应该入宪,以把住房问题的解决转入到人权实现模式的正确轨道上来。
