研发资本与朝阳产业

产业演进是生产力发展的集中表现。在资本关系下,受利润率支配,产业演进表现为夕阳产业和朝阳产业的不断更替。当夕阳产业利润率降低到一定水平,资本投向有四个选择:研发资本、垄断资本、金融资本和资本全球化。其中,只有研发资本的投入才是增强资本生命力,度过危机的根本选择。在资本全球化时代,以劳动密集型产业取得国际分工角色的中国经济,在此次危机中只有以产业结构的调整作为主攻方向,开辟空间和生物基因等朝阳产业才能获得持续发展。

R＆D Capital and Sunrise Industry

Industrial evolvement reflects the development of productive force. In terms of capital relations,the industrial evolvement,stimulated by profit rate,is expressed as the constant replacement of sunset industry by sunrise one. When the profit rate of the sunset industry is reduced to a certain level,the capital has four choices:R&D capital,monopoly capital,financial capital and capital globalization. But only the R&D capital is the fundamental choice to invigorate the capital so as to go through the crisis. In the age of capital globalization,China's economy,which has attained a role in international specialization with its laborintensive industry,has to concentrate on industrial structure adjustment by engaging in such sunrise industries as space and biological gene so as to realize sustainable development.
