| 摘 要： | 信用证是目前国际贸易中最广泛使用的结算方式,然而,由于信用证的独立抽象原则和单证严格相符原则,使其在实际业务中经常为不法分子所利用,进行诈骗活动。本文通过介绍信用证的特点,分析信用证欺诈的主要表现,提出相关的防范措施。

| Abstract: | The letter of credit is the most commonly used form of settlement in intemational trade. Due to the principles of the independence of L/C and documents in accordance with L/C, some law-breakers intend to defraud in business. This paper introduces the characteristics of L/C and analyzes the performance of L/C fraud, also brings forward the ways to prevent it. |
