西部中小企业融资问题的思考

中小企业作为国民经济的重要组成部分,在保持地区经济持续稳定增长、增强地区经济活力、优化地区经济结构、创造就业机会、增加农民收入、转移农村富余劳动力等方面发挥着重要的作用.但由于西部中小企业自身经营状况等缺陷的限制以及信息不对称和担保的信用体系的缺乏等原因,致使融资难已成为制约西部中小企业发展的重要瓶颈.本文分析了西部中小企业融资难的现状和原因,提出了解决这一问题的对策.

Reflections on Funding Problems for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in West China

As significant components of national economy,small and medium-sized enterprises have been and are still playing an important part in sustaining steady growth in regional economy,strengthening regional economic vitality,optimizing regional economic structure,creating job orpportunities,increasing income for farmers and transferring surplus work force in the countryside.However,due to undesireable business operations of these enterprises as well as asymmetry of information and lack of a guarantor credit system, funding difficulties have become the major constraints hindering the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the west.The present paper ananlyses the causes and status quo of funding difficulties for these enterprises and proposes solutions to the problems.
