| 摘 要： | 文章简述了循环经济的概念及其特征 ;指出了当前我国矿业发展存在的两个重大问题是对环境破坏严重和对资源浪费较大 ,并对此做了具体分析 ;最后针对我国矿业发展现状 ,就建立我国矿产资源开发利用的循环经济体系应采取的具体措施进行了探讨

| Abstract: | The paper summarizes concept and feature of recycling economy and analyzes the serious problems existed in Chinese mining industry, such as damage environment and waste resources. Then the authors put forward the countermeasures for constructing recycling economy system of mining industry development in connection with present situation of mining industry development in China. |
