| 摘 要： | 城乡二元经济结构的逐步缩小,从一定程度上反映了我国综合国力的提升和人们对自身健康状况的重视,凸显了政府的人文关怀。本文以二元经济结构为背景,指出建立农村医疗保险的必要性,并对改善和提高农民的医疗保险提出具体的对策。

| Abstract: | The urban-rural dual economic structure has been gradually reduced,which has mirrored the promotion of our country comprehensive strength and people’s valuing of their health to some extent,and has showed clearly the humanistic care of our government.On the basis of dual economic structure,this paper has proposed the necessity of building up rural medical insurance system,and it has analysed its present situation and has offered the strategies to improve gradually and promote peasants’ medical insurance. |
