| 摘 要： | 仅从实体经济的角度来研究房地产现在已不适应房地产经济的发展。在经济虚拟化的趋势下,从虚拟经济的角度来重构房地产经济理论被提上日程。本文提出重构房地产经济理论的基本思路,并指出这种重构对于理解房地产在当代经济中稳定经济的职能具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The traditional theory which studies the real estate from the angle of real economy is not suitable for the reality of the development of real estate. With the fictionization has become an inevitable trend of modern society, reconstructing the real estate theory from the viewpoint of fictitious economy put on agenda. This paper study the fictitious nature of real estate firstly; then give an outline of this reconstructing; at last, it points out that this reconstructing can help us comprehend why real estate can stabilize the whole economy in the contemporary society. |
