| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是我国新时期的重要任务,经济领域最直接的手段就是公共财政的有效运用.通过完善财政管理体制、保障财政良性运行,以及健全缩小收入、城乡、区域差距的财政政策等措施,可以促进公共财政自身的和谐、促进市场经济体制的和谐、促进人与人之间的和谐、促进人与自然的和谐.

| Abstract: | Constructing socialist harmonious society is an important task of the new era, and valid application of public finance is the most direct means in the economic fields. By perfecting the financial management system, ensuring the benign operation of finance, and amplifying measures of fiscal policy to narrow the income gap, urban - rural gap, and regional disparity, we can promote the harmony of public finance, the harmony of market economic system, the harmony between people and the harmony between people and nature. |
