| 摘 要： | 观光农业是20世纪70年代以来发展的新型产业,是农业发展的新途径,也是旅游业发展的新领域。观光农业是海林市国家级可持续发展实验区建设的重要内容。该文在系统分析海林观光农业的发展现状、主要类型及其特征的基础上,阐述了发展观光农业的指导思想、基本思路和规划的5项原则。提出了明确主导方向和发展特色,以规划指导开发和建设;强化管理法规;建立健全观光农业旅游生产保障支撑体系三项对策。

| Abstract: | Sight-seeing agriculture is an important content for constructing sustainable development experimental zone of national level in Hailin City. On the basis of systematically analyzing the development status of sight- seeing agriculture in Hailin City, its major types and characteristics, this paper expounds the guiding thoughts and basic thoughts for developing sight- seeing agriculture, 5 principles for development; puts forward clear direction and special characteristics for development. It also raises three counter measures as directing development and construction by planning, reinforcing management rule of law, establishing healthy and complete safeguarding and supporting system for sight-seeing agriculture and tourist production. |
