| 摘 要： | 对电子文件产生过程的安全保护很重要.通过建立完善的组织管理体系,实施对电子文件管理系统的设计控制,以及电子文件利用中的控制方式与手段,对电子文件实施"前端控制",可以解决电子文件产生过程的安全管理问题,维护电子文件形成的原始性和真实性.

| Abstract: | Since it is very important to guarantee the security in the process of e-records formation,the author suggests that we should establish a perfect management system for e-records,control the design of the system and use different methods to control the e-records utilization to implement a front control on e-records so as to guarantee the security in the process of e-records formation as well as the aboriginality and authenticity of the e-records. |
