基于非政府组织视角的信任形成机制实证研究

政府部门特征、双方关系特征和制度特征都是影响非政府组织对政府信任的重要因素。通过对政府声誉、政府能力、交往经验、沟通、制度的公正与正义性、制度的完备与有效性与信任之间的相关分析和回归分析，分析了政府声誉、政府能力、交往经验、沟通、制度的公正与正义性、制度的完备与有效性对政府信任的影响。当然，影响非政府组织对政府部门信任的因素还包括非政府组织特征等，研究模型可以进一步扩展。更全面地考察非政府组织与政府部门间的信任形成机制。
