| 摘 要： | 近年来，西藏依靠投资拉动，尤其是依靠中央直接投资，大规模地发展了基础设施建设。党的十七大针对近年来我国经济增长过于依靠投资和出口拉动、消费需求不足的现状，强调“扩大国内需求特别是消费需求”的观点，西藏经济的发展也面临着结构调整和选择问题。

| Abstract: | Recent years,Tibet depended on invest,especially centeral government direct invest,developed basic installation building greatly.The Party's 17th session aimed at the situation as our economic increase depend on invest and export excessively,cost improve not enough,emphasize on the view widen inner requirement especially cost,the development of Tibet also face structure adjustment and choosing problem. |
