| 摘 要： | 全球化和中国社会快速变迁,衍生出“农民工、失地农民和农业村落终结”的“新三农问题”。必须把解决“老三农问题”与解决“新三农问题”结合起来,千方百计提高农民收入,大量转移农村劳动力,加快农民市民化速度,最终建设好社会主义新农村。

| Abstract: | With globalization and quick social change in China,"new three-agri' problem" that is peasant labor,land-expropriated peasant and the end of agricultural villages is come into being.To solve this problem,we must combine the "old three-agri' problem" with the "new three-agri' problem",leave no stone unturned to increase peasants' income,shift rural laborer in a large amount,accelerate peasant's citizen speed and build the socialist new countryside well finally. |
