| 摘 要： | 农业部发布的《全国农业农村信息化发展"十二五"规划》提出:"发展农业信息技术,提高农业生产经营信息化水平"。遵循这一要求,在对山西农业各级主管部门广泛调研基础上,在了解和掌握山西农业农村信息化实际水平之后,本文对山西省农业农村信息化建设现状做了较客观、全面、系统的分析。

| Abstract: | The Ministry of Agriculture issued the ＂national agricultural and rural informatization development＂the12thFive-Year Plan pointed out： ＂the development of agricultural information technology contributes to improving the level of agricultural production and operation information＂. Following the instructions,based on the extensive investigation in Shanxi at all levels and departments in charge of agriculture on foundation of the actual level of agricultural and rural informatization in Shanxi,this paper makes analysis of construction of agriculture and rural informatization in Shanxi province,objectively,comprehensively and systematically. |
