我国传统零售企业的商业模式探析

在电子商务如火如荼发展的当下,传统零售企业的销售利润每况愈下,再加上经营成本的不断上升,使我国主要的连锁零售企业在2013年的关店总数达35家,并购交易同比增长44%。本文通过对我国传统零售企业所经历的业态发展历程,以及采用的商业模式进行深入阐述,着重分析了其现行的粗放式商业模式难以持续的原因,进而对传统零售企业发展集约化商业模式提出了建议。

A Probe into Business Models of Chinese Traditional Retail Enterprises

With the rapid development of electronic commerce,the sales profits ofthe traditional retail enterprise go from bad to worse, further more the operating costs continue to rise, 35 the main chain retail enterprises to close down in 2013 in our country, M ＆ A transactions grew 44% compared to the same period. Firstly, the author summarizing the development process of our traditional retail enterprises, and the business model used, then, analyzing the reasons of the current extensive commercial pattern is unsustainable, and putting forward suggestions about the development of intensive business model on traditional retail enterprises.
