| 摘 要： | 在人口老龄化的背景下,由国家负担的养老模式,给澳大利亚财政带来了巨大负担。从20世纪90年代初起,其进行了一系列改革,并逐渐形成了三支柱的养老金制度模式。文章介绍了澳大利亚养老金改革的过程,分析了取得的成果,并结合我国养老保险制度的具体情况提出一些改革建议。

| Abstract: | In the background of population aging,the state’s pension mode has brought great financial burden to Australia.So from the early 1990s,a series of reform was being made.and gradually formed the three pillars pension system model.This passage introduces the process of the reform of the Australian pension,Analyzes the achievements,and give some advice to reform the endowment insurance system in combination with the specific conditions in China. |
