摘    要:本文介绍了737NG TRU(变压整流装置)在电源系统中的作用;对整个电源系统中的直流部分进行阐述,对TR UNIT故障灯点亮造成的原因进行分析总结,结合实例讲述排故过程,希望能为飞机维护行业排除该类故障提供一些帮助。该类故障按MEL不能保留放行,经常造成航班延误,希望通过对该类故障的深入分析,能准确快速地排出故障,减少航班的延误。

Abstract:This paper introduces the effect of 737NG TRU (transformer rectifier unit) in power system, and describes the direct current part of the whole power system, analyzes and summarizes the causes of TR UNIT fault lamp lighting, and tells the troubleshooting process combined with the cases, hoping to provide some help to overcome this kind of fault for aircraft maintenance industry. The failure cannot be released by MEL, which often results in flight delays, and this paper hopes to overcome the fault quickly in order to reduce flight delays through the analysis of the fault in-depth.
