摘    要:文章分析了锅炉水位控制系统的基本原理及结构,针对传统PID控制器的不足之处设计了基于遗传算法的新型锅炉水位控制器,在此基础上搭建了锅炉水位控制系统。最后,通过仿真验证了该水位控制器在改善水位系统稳态误差及动态超调方面均具有较好的作用。

Abstract:In this paper, the basic principle and structure of boiler water level control system are analyzed. Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional PID controller, boiler water level controller based on genetic algorithm is designed, and then the boiler water level control system is established. Fnally, The water level controller is verified by simulation to have good effect in improving water system steady-state error and dynamic overshoot.
