| 摘 要： | 当前国际竞争,是国家和企业间联合力量的竞争,政府在支持企业“走出去”方面,有着义不容辞的责任。运用金融手段为“企业走出去”提供强有力的支持,已经成为各国的通行规则。借鉴发达国家和新兴工业国在这方面的做法,对完善我国对企业“走出去”的金融服务体系,具有现实而又重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The combining strength of government and enterprises is the key to the current international competition and the government is responsible for supporting the "going out" of enterprises. It has become an international common approach to strongly support the "going out" of enterprises by financial policies. Its important to learn the experiments of developed countries and newly industrialized countries for China to perfect its financial service system. |
