| 摘 要： | 以研究嘉兴地区汉族人群脂联素基因多态性与冠心病的相关性为目的,随机抽取302例无亲缘关系的嘉兴地区汉族人群（正常对照人群152例,冠心病150例）作为研究人群,通过DNA的提取,聚合酶链反应及单核苷酸多态性分析技术检测脂联素第2外显子SNP45T/G多态性位点来探讨嘉兴地区汉族人群冠心病与脂联素基因多态性的关系.实验结果显示,对照组的脂联素SNP＋45T/G基因型、等位基因的分布频率和冠心病组存在差异,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.嘉兴地区汉族人群脂联素第2外显子SNP45T/G等位基因携带者冠心病的风险较高,在该人群中,冠心病与脂联素基因多态性相关.
