公众技术素养及其调查问卷的编制

在分析技术素养的现状、内涵与特征的基础上,提出了公众技术素养调查问卷的编制需要综合考虑技术素养的三种维度,做到三条线索交叉,关注技术的社会、历史因素,关注技术意识、技术情感态度与价值观,兼顾高新技术与日常生活技术,正确区分科学与技术、科学素养与技术素养;同时关注被试个体差异性与心理因素,遵循合理的问卷编制过程与正确的统计分析理论。
