| 摘 要： | 肿瘤干细胞学说认为肿瘤来源于一小群具有干细胞特征的＂癌生成＂细胞。已有研究表明：带有CD44＋/CD24-表型的乳腺癌细胞被认为具有干细胞样及肿瘤浸润的特征;ALDH1阳性表达的乳腺癌患者预后最差,因此带有ALDH1表型的乳腺癌细胞也被认为是一种乳腺癌干细胞。乳腺癌干细胞的发现将有助于进一步认识乳腺癌发生发展的机制。另外,前期的研究表明＂拟血管生成＂可能是早期肿瘤血管形成的主要方式之一,而且肿瘤干细胞可能与肿瘤的血管形成有关。
