摘    要:一个高效的战略性人力资源管理体系的构建,有助于我国人力资本的扩展,有利于发挥我国的人力资源优势,有利于使我国在国际竞争中获取持续的竞争优势。做好战略性人力资源的管理,尤其是人才资源的管理,发挥人才资源在社会进步和经济发展中的基础性、战略性和决定性的作用,对于应对经济全球化的挑战和把握机遇,推动我国经济和社会的可持续发展,具有极其重要的指导意义。

Abstract:An effective strategic human resource management system construction is helpful to our human capital expansion,and help to bring our human resources superiority,to make our country obtain sustainable competitive advantage in international competition.It has the vital significance for coping with the challenges of economic globalization and grasping the opportunity and promoting our economic and social sustainable development to complete the strategic human resource management,especially the talent resource management and exert the basic,strategic and decisive role.
