谈医学生临床教学实习管理现状及对策研究——以西安医学院为例

本文通过实地考察和访谈,对陕西省西安医学院16所实习医院学生的实习情况进行走访和调查,发现学校在对学生临床实习过程中的管理存在制度不健全,与实习医院行政管理关系松散,医学生实习心理较为复杂等问题。通过总结归纳,对比分析,提出了临床教学实习活动有效管理对策。

Study on the Status Quo of Administration and Strategies in Clinical Practice: Using Xi'an Medical University as an Example

This article had an investigation on the situation of clinical practice for students of Xi＇an Medical University by visiting and interviewing 16 clinical practice hospital schools.We found that there was not a sound management system in the clinical practice process and a clear administrative management relation with the clinical practice schools,even wise there were more mental problems for the students who were in clinical practice.At last the article put forward effective management activities for clinical practice by summing up and comparison.
