| 摘 要： | 以房养老已在西方国家得到成功的运用,成为老年人的一项比较重要的养老现金来源。基于此,国内也有很多学者研究"以房养老"在中国开展的可行性。本文主要着眼于研究以房养老所固有的一些风险,并初步探讨了对这些风险的防范措施,以便以房养老在国内更有效开展。
