影响西部地区工科院校青年教师成长的因素分析

西部地区工科院校青年教师成长速度过慢已成为制约其发展的主要原因,本文从西部地区工科院校青年教师培养过程中出现的问题着手,分析了影响工科院校青年教师成长的四大因素:①缺乏系统的教育专业知识作指导;②人文精神淡薄;③工程素质差、缺乏实践教学能力素养;④进修机会少,知识更新慢。并据此提出了四点对策:①转变教育观念;②加强人文素质修养;③大力开展教师培训,丰富培训内容;④完善师资管理运行体制。以期为加快工科院校青年教师成长提供一些参考。

Influencing Factors of Growth of Young Teachers in Western Engineering Colleges

The growing speed of young teachers in western engineering colleges is the main factor of restricting its development.The thesis starts from the problems in cultivation of young teachers,analyzes the four influencing factors： ①lack of systematical educational professional knowledge;②be weak in humanistic spirit;③engineering quality is poor;lack of practical teaching ability;④the chance of advanced study is little;the refresh rate of knowledge is low.At last,four measures are put forward,in order to provide reference for speeding up the growth of young teachers：①convert educational concept;②strengthen cultivate quality of humanities;③carry out train of teachers vigorously;enrich training content;④improve operation system of teacher resources management.
