浅谈几个管理学理论在高职院校辅导员工作中的应用

目前的高职院校学生大部分都是"90后",他们往往难以摆脱家庭依赖、叛逆,冲劲有余而韧劲不足,更容易产生自卑、沮丧、焦虑等负面心理。高职院校的辅导员,应采用不同的管理方法对学生不断管理、鼓励与支持,使他们对自己有正确的认识,取得成功。本文具体介绍了几个基本的管理学理论在高职院校辅导员工作中的应用。

Application of Several Management Theory in the Work of Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges

The majority of higher vocational college students are ＂the generation after 90s＂. They are often difficult to get rid of the family dependent and rebellious, their pushfulness is more than tenacity, so they are easy to appear self-esteem, depression, anxiety and other negative psychology. The counselors in higher vocational college should use different management methods to manage, encourage and support students, so that make them have a correct understanding of their own, and get success. This paper specifically describes the application of several basic management theory in the work of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
