机电专业学生工程素质培养与科技创新研究

摘    要:高等学校素质教育的核心是培养大学生的创新意识和创新能力。理工科专业尤其需要培养学生工程素质和科技创新能力。本文以如何培养学生工程素质方法为主线,如何在工程素质培养过程中提高大学生科技创新的能力为途径,构建机电类学生科技创新活动体系。通过实践经验,对如何处理好课堂教学与科技活动的关系进行了分析,通过一系列大赛提高了学生的工程素质,实际运用此方法达到了教学改革的目的,从教学方式和教学内容改革、科技创新活动体系构建和硬件支撑等方面提出了改革措施。

Abstract:The core of quality education in colleges and universities is to train students' awareness of innovation and innovation capability. The engineering students need to develop quality and Sei-teeh innovation projects in particular. In this paper, the main line is how to train the students' engineering quality, and how to improve the ability of Sci-tech innovation and to build Sei-tech innovation system. It analyzed how to handle the relationship between teaching and Sci-tech activities through practical experience. It improved engineering quality of the students through a series of competitions, and achieved the aim of the reform of teaching in use of this way. Reform measures are proposed from the reform of teaching methods and course content, technology innovation system and hardware support and so on.
