浅析经济适用房退出机制

经济适用房是国家建设的保障性住房,是解决中低收入者住房困难的有效办法,但是目前的经济适用房的退出机制不完善。本文首先解读经济适用房政策,分析经济适用房退出机制不健全使得住房保障资源缺乏累计倍增效应,最后得出必须建立政府优先回购经济适用房政策实行内循环。

Exit Mechanism of Affordable Housing

Economically affordable housing policy was effective measures which solved housing difficulties of the low-income families.But the exit mechanism of affordable housing policy is not sound.First of all,this paper explained the economically affordable housing policy,analyzed the unsound exit mechanism of economic affordable houses lead to the lack of housing resources and accumulate multiplication effect.Finally,it pointed out the government must give priority to recovery affordable housing to achieve internal recycling model.
