生物技术专业《发酵工程》课程教学体系改革的探索

摘    要:《发酵工程》课程是生物技术专业开设的专业必修课。本文结合我校近几年该课程的教学效果,从教学模式、教学方式和考核方法三方面,围绕理论教学、实验教学和实习教学,探讨了课程教学体系的改革,为进一步完善《发酵工程》课程教学体系提供了参考。

Abstract:The Fermentation Engineering course is the specialized subject of students majoring in biotechnology. Combined with our classroom instruction effect of Fermentation Engineering in recent years, its teaching system reformation is discussed from teaching model, educating way and checking method about theory, experiment and practice teaching, which gives reference for the further improvement of course teaching system.
