On the Teaching Reform of Civil and Commercial Law for Non-law Majors: Restoring Legal Nature, Adapt to Professional Need

The Civil and Commercial law assumes special tasks in the training scheme for non-law majored students, including but not limited to law popularization, professional and moral education. To improve students＇ capabilities of solving practical problems and enhance teaching quality and effect, teachers should conduct a systematic teaching reform from both inside and outside, such as specifying the nature and status of the course, properly arranging the opening time and credit hours, improving Lecture-style or Case-style teaching and phasing in flexible evaluation method.
