摘    要:运用故障模式影响分析(FMEA)对离散型加工生产线的基本因素进行评价,针对评价中所涉及的评价因素多、模糊概念多导致评价结果不够准确,使用模糊综合评价方法对其进行改进,从局部到系统的角度分层次考虑各种影响因素,将评价系统根据需要分成若干个指标,建立了因素集、权重集、评价集。该方法综合运用FMEA和模糊理论,提高了生产系统评价准确性和可靠性。

Abstract:This paper evaluates the basic factors of the discrete frabrication lines by the method of failure mode and effect analysis, and applys the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mode to improve the problem involved in the inaccurate result due to many evaluation elements and fuzzy concepts during FMEA. The evaluation system is divided into a number of indicators, and the factor set, weights and evaluation set are established considering for every elements from part to system hierarchically. This method improves the accuracy and reliability of the evaluation manufacture system by applying FMEA and the fuzzy theorv svnthetieally.
