浅谈如何提高高职院校学生学习效率和学习质量

目前国内对学生学习效率和学习质量的研究很多,但大多数都是对中小学学生的研究,针对高职高专学生学习质量和效率的研究相对较少,即便有,大多都是围绕提高学科卷面分数而研究,却忽视综合素质、心理素质等方面的学习和提高。教书先育人,学习先学做人,只有具备专业理论知识、专业实践知识、应用能力、学习能力等适应社会、胜任岗位的全面知识的掌握才是一名合格的高职毕业生。本文从多方位对高职业院校学生进行解读,并对如何提高高职学生学习效率和质量提出了自己的观点。

Discussion on Improving the Learning Efficiency and Quality of Students of Higher Vocational Colleges

At present researches on students＇ learning efficiency and quality are much in domestic,but most of them aims at the primary and middle school students;researches for higher vocational students are relatively little,even though,most are about improving scores,but neglecting to study and improve the comprehensive quality and psychological quality.Educating before teaching,conducting onself before study.It will be a qualified vocational graduates only to have professional theory knowledge,professional practice knowledge,application ability,learning ability etc.can adapt to society.This paper reached directly on students in higher vocational colleges,and presented their views on how to improve vocational students＇ learning efficiency and quality.
