我国事业单位激励机制现状分析

摘    要:人力资源是关系组织生存发展的最重要的资源,人力资源管理在组织管理中占有战略性地位,而激励是人力资源管理的核心内容。实践证明重视激励机制引进与构建的组织,大都创新意识增强,实力不断壮大。本文主要讨论事业单位人力资源激励制度存在的问题及原因,并提出相关改进建议。

Abstract:Human resource is important to organize production and development;human resource management in the organization occupies a strategic position,and incentive is the core of human resource management.It has been founded that organization that pays attention to introducing and establishing the incentives have strong innovative consciousness and growing strength.This article focuses on problems in incentive systems of human resources in institutions and the causes,and proposes relevant recommendations for improvement.
