| Abstract: | With the increasing of engineering construction task, university engineering construction field becomes college corruption case involving multiple, based on the facing problems of soil cross-bred college construction project bidding management and supervision mechanism, the authors conducted analysis, by combining their work reality, put forward some solutions. |
