中小企业债务融资风险评估研究

本文针对中小企业债务融资困难、风险大的问题,从支付性和经营性债务融资风险两方面筛选指标建立其债务融资风险评估体系,用层次分析法确定权重,并运用功效系数法对债务融资风险进行评估,为广大中小企业及时识别债务融资过程中的问题、调整融资策略、稳定企业财务、提高风险防范能力提供参考。通过对一个典型中小企业的实证分析,表明该方法的可行性和有效性。

Evaluative Research on Small-and-Medium-Size Enterprises' Debt Financing Risk

Small-and-Medium-Size Enterprises （SMES）are facing the trouble of financing difficulty because the financing risk is big. This paper selects indexes from two respect： payment debt financing risk and management debt financing risk, and establishes the index system of SMES debt financing risk. The weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process,then coefficient method is used to assess the SME debt financing risk. The paper aimed at providing reference for SMES to recognize problems in its debt financing process in time, adjust its financing strategy, stabilize SME finance,increase the ability to proof financing risk. The paper choses a typical SME and analyzes it＇s debt financing risk, proves the feasibilitv and effectiveness of the method.
