摘    要:巷道掘进排矸是影响掘进单进水平的重要环节之一,随着矿井开采深度加大和开拓延伸,运输距离越来越长,环节越来越多,传统的矿车排矸对掘进单进水平提高的制约越来越明显。利用皮带主运输系统排矸的应用,解决了普掘迎头排矸速度慢,大大提高了劳动效率,减少了许多中间环节,降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了单进水平进尺,同时也在一定程度上缓解了采掘关系紧张的局面,具有广泛的推广应用价值。

Abstract:Tunneling is one of the important aspects that impact the level of tunneling and single tunneling. With the increasing depth of the mine and the extension of mining, transport distances become longer, and the links become more and more, and the constraints traditional single tub refuse dumping on the level of single tunneling become more and more evident. The application of main belt transport system to discharge refuse addresses the problem of slow speed greatly, improves the working efficiency and reduces the number of intermediate links, reduce the labor intensity and improves the level of single tunneling, at the same time eases the tension between mining to a certain extent, and has wide application value.
