| Abstract: | Under the background of the current global financial crisis,the paper pointed out that China SME financing is an important issues of their survival and development.Privately offered fund is new blood of China＇s market economy.This thesis discussed privately offered fund and its related concept,the status quo of its legal status.The law identification of privately offered fund has become the main obstacle of its development;we should identify the significance of legal status of privately offered fund. |
