摘    要:现今中等职业学校越来越受到国家和人民的重视,而烹饪专业是职业学校的重点专业之一。本文根据中职烹饪专业的学生特点分析提取了班级管理中存在的问题。并根据案例与经验总结出五种行之有效的烹饪专业的班级管理方法。

Abstract:Today secondary vocational schools draw more and more attention of country and people;cooking is one of the key specialties of vocational schools.According to the characteristics of vocational students in the cooking specialty,this paper analyzes and extracts the problems in class management.Five classes of effective management of professional cooking are summed up based on cases and lessons learned.
