依托本地特色优势,促进陕西农村劳动力转移

农村劳动力的转移关系到农民增收,也是实现社会稳定的一个基本前提。本文以西部省份--陕西省为例,从分析农村剩余劳动力形成的原因入手,认为农村剩余劳动力的转移不仅应面向工业部门,而且还应依托本地特色优势实现内部转移,其转移的具体方式为发展有特色的劳务输出、特色林业、特色旅游业和相关的特色产业。

Relying on Local Unique Advantages to Promote Transfer of Shaanxi Rural Labour

The transfer of rural labour is related to farmers＂ income, also is the basic premise of achieve social stability. This thesis, taking Shaanxi province as an example, presented the transfer of rural surplus labour should not only face industrial departments, but also rely on local unique advantages to achieve internal transfer, and developing the distinctive labor export, characteristic forestry, characteristic tourism and related special industry are the specific ways of transfer of rural surplus labour.
