分段悬挂式钢内筒底座的计算

摘    要:目前,国内烟囱钢内筒设计通常采用自立式或分段悬挂式两种结构形式。当采用分段悬挂式烟囱时,钢内筒底部一般仍为自立式。在混凝土外筒位移的影响下,钢内筒底座及锚栓将承受较大的弯矩作用。以莱州某电厂为例,采用橡胶支座使钢内筒自立段在外筒影响下产生少量位移,释放底座部分弯矩,以满足烟囱运行的要求。

Abstract:When suspended-supporting steel inner tubes used for the chimney, the bottom of tubes is commonly self-supporting. Under the displacement influence of the reinforced concrete chimney, the base of tube and anchor bolts would bear greater moment. The rubber gasket is used to make the self-supporting steel tube produced less displacement, and the base still meet the running requirement of the chimney.
