| 摘 要： | 简单概要的介绍了清洁生产的概念和清洁生产分析的方法,并且通过对南宁市以废纸为原料的传统造纸企业进行清洁生产分析:无/低费方案实施、中/高费方案的可行性分析和实现节能、降耗、减污、增效的实例分析,证明此类企业实施清洁生产可以降低污染物的排放量,并达到废水的零排放。

| Abstract: | Introducing the conception and analysis of cleaner production,simply and summarily,for example,it analyzes cleaner production of traditional waste paper enterprises as raw material in Nanning,the study of cases include no/low cost program implementation,medium/high cost feasibility analysis and achieving energy conservation,energy,pollution reduction and efficiency.Through the description above,it proves these enterprises can reduce emissions of pollutants and achieve zero discharge of wastewater by implementation of cleaner production. |
