基于数据挖掘的证券公司客户价值分析系统设计与实现

本文根据证券企业目前的管理水平只限于办公自动化管理的阶段,没有更深层次的挖掘计算机技术给企业发展带来的价值,而证券企业的竞争环境对企业的客户关系管理提出了更高层次的要求的现实需要,对企业客户进行细分,并对其过程进行深入的分析和研究,结合客户细分理论和客户价值理论,构建了证券业客户价值分类模型,采用数据挖掘的方法和贝叶斯算法对分析系统进行实现。通过本文的研究,力图对证券企业客户按照价值理论进行分类,从而为精准营销提供借鉴意义和参考价值。

Design and Implementation of Customer Value Analysis System of Securities Company Based on Data Mining

At present,the management level of securities enterprise is only restricted in the stage of office automation management,and does not deeply excavate the value which is brought by computer technology to enterprise development,however,the negotiable securities enterprise＇s competition environment propose higher request to enterprise＇s customer relations management.According to this realistic need,this article carries on the segmentation to the enterprise customer,and carries on the thorough analysis and research to its process,combining with the customer segmentation theory and the customer value theory,has constructed the classification model of securities business customer value,uses the data mining method and the Baye algorithm to carry on the realization to the analysis system.Through this article＇s research,the authors try hard to carry on the classification of the securities enterprise customer according to the value theory,thus provide the model significance and the reference value for the fine accurate marketing.
